We strive to purchase, test, dismantle and clean each product that we sell to the best of our ability. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our parts and products. However, if a problem should occur the following procedures will be applied.
Parts Return Policy
Returns, exchanges or cores refunds MUST be accompanied by the ORIGINAL INVOICE.
Cores must be drained of all fluids to receive credits.
Cores must be returned within 20 business days to retain warranty.
Sales paid by check will have 14 day hold before refund is made.
Sales paid by credit card will be refunded back to credit card.
All other returns will be made via CHECK ONLY. (NOT CASH)
Returns must be authorized by the sales person or manager, Delivery drivers are not authorized to accept returns.
Miscellaneous parts are sold as-is. No return and no warranty.
IF PART IS SPECIFIED AS “SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY” THIS WARRANTY IS VOID. THIS SUPERCEDES ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED.
NO WARRANTY ON SEALS, GASKETS, BELTS, HOSES, TIMING CHAIN(S), OR TIMING BELT(S) IN ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, TURBOS OR REAR AXLE ASSEMBLIES.
NO WARRANTIES ON ELECTRICAL PARTS.
All labor must be performed by an ASE certified technician or a licensed garage.
All engines must have new thermostat, water pump, timing belt and oil filter replaced upon installation and oil maintained every 3000 miles thereafter. Proof of service and mileage will be required.
Installation of engine requires tune-up including, but not limited to, coils, plugs, ignition wires, spark plugs, etc.
Engines are left as complete as possible for the installers’ convenience. This warranty does not cover attached items and accessories such as, but not limited to, water pump, fuel pump, distributor, electrical sensors, wire harness etc.
All engines are warranted against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad camshafts or crankshafts, and excessive oil consumption. Engines are warranted to be in good running order unless otherwise stated.
Vehicles that have ASAP Car Parts engines or transmissions installed must have proper cooling capacity and cooling system must be in good condition. Proper oil and coolant levels must be maintained at all times. WARRANTY IS VOID IF HEAT TABS ARE MELTED, REMOVED OR EVIDENCE OF TAMPERING.
Due to the complexity of today’s automobiles there may be certain changes needed when installing an engine or transmission. ASAP Car Parts accepts no responsibility for the cost of the changes.
Transmissions are warranted to be in good working condition including slipping or shifting failures or bearing noises. Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions or rear end components is NOT warranted under any circumstances.
Transmissions must have new seals, filter and proper fluid installed at the time of installation in vehicle.
Any fluid or lubricant installed in any mechanical part must meet the manufacturer’s specifications or warranty is void.
Any manufacturer warranty guidelines that require brand specific fluids to be used in engines or transmissions must have the respective brand specific fluid installed or warranty is void.
Defective engines or transmissions must remain installed in vehicle until an authorized ASAP Car Parts technician confirms the defect.
All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of ASAP Car Parts in writing within specified warranty days from the date of purchase for this warranty to be valid.
ASAP Car Parts reserves the right at its option to replace or repair the part before issuing a refund.
All implied warranties are limited to the terms of this limited warranty. Consequential or incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
If purchased, one time limited labor allowance available on limited product lines. Labor cost reimbursement will be paid at $50 per hour Motor Manual time for the operation. At no time will the warranty payout exceed the original invoiced purchase price of the item.
Warranties on any item sold shall be in effect only for the duration of the express warranties contained herein and upon conclusion of the expressed warranties herein, there shall be no warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for use on the item sold.
This warranty is not transferrable and does not cover damage if parts are used in connection with racing purposes, vehicles with racing equipment, taxi, fleet vehicles or damage by accident or misuse.
IMPROPER INSTALLATION WILL VOID ALL WARRANTY.
NO RETURNS on special ordered parts.
We reserve the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without notice.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all non-defective in stock parts. NO RETURNS on non-defective in stock parts after 15 days.
ASAP Car Parts does not assume responsibility for towing charges, layup time, telephone, loss due to downtime, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use, transportation, car or truck rental, or inconvenience.
A monthly service charge of 1.5% will be charged to past due accounts. (18% annual rate)
TERMS: Buyer agrees to pay attorney’s fees, court costs, collection fees, investigation fees incurred in the collection of this amount.
RETURNED CHECKS: Buyer agrees to pay attorney’s fees, court costs, bank charges, plus $25.00 for returned checks.
No refund on deposits for parts after 15 days.
No return on any part after specified warranty days and on any non-defective special ordered parts or non-defective parts after being installed and any glass whatsoever.
ASAP Car Parts does NOT assume any responsibility for customer ordering, buying or installed incorrect parts due to customer giving incorrect year, make, model of vehicle or incorrect diagnosis of problem with vehicle.
Buyer affirms that before he/she has entered into this agreement, ASAP Car Parts requested that buyer examine the parts or merchandise, to ascertain whether there were defects therein; that ASAP Car Parts afforded to buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before the buyer entered into this agreement and that buyer has examined the goods fully as he desires for the purchase of determining whether there are defects.
